Gratitude for Friends

Angie Millgate and Jen Halterman

Angie Millgate and Jen Halterman

I’ve been so busy this past few weeks, I’ve not even sat to sort my thoughts into words. Tragic.

In summary, we spent two weeks in Utah producing content for SocialSAM.com (George’s business) and staying with our adopted family out there. Well, I say we produced content, what I mean is George produced content and I brought a plague down upon the house and spent much of the two weeks in some stage of sick or recuperating. I’m quite the Typhoid Mary. Despite my best efforts, the silly virus lingered. I just barely got my voice back in time to croak my way through a radio show. If you want to hear it, it’s preserved for posterity at Everyday Joy. That’s the show’s name, Everyday Joy, hosted by Jen Halterman. We spoke about what we do to release negative energy and open ourselves to healing and rejuvenation with Angie Millgate. We had a wonderful conversation on the radio, then we met for an even more wonderful conversation over lunch together. I really do love these ladies.

I’m so grateful for my friends. They really are a blessing. I have so many people in my world that bring me joy and happiness. I really wish I had the time to give them all the attention I’d like, though I do try my best. Thank you all!

By the way, Angie has a book out called Above the Clouds. I’ve not read it yet, yet you can check it out at
her blog.

Breathe deeply,
Laugh with abandon,
Love wholly,
Eat well.
