Thanks, Alisa! Should I only add that widget to the individual post, or should I include it in the sidebar to the site? I'm excited to see new readers and connect with Foodista people.

Thank you, kindred spirit! I happen to live in a really great little city that feels the same way I do, so finding healthy options comes easily. I've visited friends and relatives in other parts of the country and world with precious few choices. The first time I experienced black sesame seeds in food, they were combined with cow milk. Clearly, something had to be done. *grin* Thanks for your support!

Finally, a tea lover who's quite interested in health foods also! Shh, don't tell anyone but I'm concerned about the rest of the tea people online who don't always eat right! Thank God you can substitute grain and nut milks in most smoothies for the cow's milk. Black sesame? Sounds like "the real thing."

Have you tried the recipe yet? I'd love to hear what you think. I was influenced by those yummy Asian treats with black sesame. They are a regular occurrence here during the summer.

Here in Ohio we've been having some amazing weather, but we still like our frozen treats and beverages, it's the spirit of summer, right? That shake sounds really good with the black sesame.
